A professional bar consultant should be able to do at minimum:
- Read and understand the financial data of the venue
- Survey and run focus groups with staff & customers to uncover opportunities
- Design and implement training programs AND train the trainer programs
- Have access to and comprehensive knowledge of a range of cutting edge bar systems & technology
- Be a proven motivator of management & staff
- Be able to create culture change across the venue.
