A professional bar consultant should be able to do at minimum:

  • Read and understand the financial data of the venue
  • Survey and run focus groups with staff & customers to uncover opportunities
  • Design and implement training programs AND train the trainer programs
  • Have access to and comprehensive knowledge of a range of cutting edge bar systems & technology
  • Be a proven motivator of management & staff
  • Be able to create culture change across the venue.
